Sunday Night / Monday Morning Syndrome



Do you feel gloomy on Sunday evening ?

Do you face some difficulty to sleep on Sunday night & get back on Monday Morning?

If your answer is Yes…congratulation you might infect  “Sunday Night & Monday Morning Syndrome

I believe that so many people used to struggle with their inner mind to get up on Monday morning…or even someone say that Monday is the worst day of week. I guess this gloomy & upset feeling might come from what kind of activity you did during the weekend such as

1) Go for crazy shopping a whole day
2) Watch movies until the last night
3) Go back home from travel a long way away from the city
4) Oversleep on the whole day during weekend

With Those activities it make you feel tired & exhausted on Sunday night, doesn’t it? I think Sunday Evening is supposed to be a relaxation timing which we should feel refreshed in the body & spirit…but someone feel even more tired than working OT during the weekday.

With this, How to avoid this syndrome?
 
Actually, there are so many methods explain how to avoid this syndrome, but after I read several articles I realized those articles is shown that the best medicine to treat this syndrome is “Endorphins” !!

I think everyone know that the endorphins would be released right after you keep on exercising or jogging more than 30 minutes, then it’s no doubt that some people suddenly feel GOOD right after their exercise… Definitely it also help to improve your mood & relaxation before sleep.

For me, I usually prefer to jog a long distance (at least >10KM) on Sunday, and after that taking a warm shower which make me feel Good on Sunday evening

That’s my secret why I feel good even tomorrow is Monday. But it would be Great if I can work at home on Monday same as my brother does it today :D
