My Favorite Comic which inspired me to become
an elite basketball player during my high-school |
However, it's quite surprised that I used to have some difficulty to read text books during the high school (It sounds that I couldn't concentrate much on those text books comparing with what I read comic books).
Anyway, once I became an university student, I gradually change my interesting to read more historical books (especially, Romance of King Kingdoms) and kind of Self-Improvement & How To books.
''สามก๊ก'' the first historical book I read so many times that taught me a lot about the strategic thinking |
Perhaps it came from the painful experience about the failure of University admission (at that time I thought my self that I'm smart enough to pass an exam, but it's fail) that inspired me to develop & improve myself to be a better man, and also destroyed my ego (I used to be a high ego guy, but after that painful experience that totally changed me to become more 'Sense of Working Hard & Humble'). At least that experience made me stronger & have more self-discipline.
Now, I'm 32 years old. I have to sincerely thanks for those kind of books I used to read, no matter how much I got or learnt from it, but at least I'm noticed that there change me to the better way in term of my attitude & thought towards all things came & passed in my life. Definitely, I don't mean I'm a clever guy but just wanna say an universal words that ''You Are What You Read"
From now on, I have new goal to target myself to complete at least 2 books / month. No matter what kind of books I read, but at least every year I am supposed to read at least 30 new books a year !!
With this goal, I ensure that I will able to gain a lot of new knowledge whether business, leisure, self-improvement matter in each year. Of course, I promise & force myself to do summarize all books I read in this blog in order to share an useful knowledge to my family, my friends, colleagues or even my kids in the nearly future.
Wait & see how many books I can read books in the next twelve months (both of actual books + e-Books)
