[Elux] What I learn from TAP programs (12 months)



This post what I wrote to draft in the part of an internal article on 2019 TAP
(since I got chance to be shortlisted from the pool of candidates as the outstanding performance during the training program)

Here are my personal takeaways & secret tips to encourage the new young leaders, colleague to be part of TAP program in Year 2020 

1. Believe in yourself with “CAN DO” attitude 
Believe in yourself that you CAN be improved, but you must have a strong willing that you can stretch yourself to the next level

2. Don’t’ shy to ask for help / support from others for moving forward
No one is perfect, you can be learned, developed or improved from others opinion/feedback.
Open mind to listen, speak up & exchange your thoughts & ideas with others, this program gives you the huge opportunity to meet & participate with varieties of nationality, functional & skills of Electrolux talents across APAC & MEA. 

3. Be the self-starter / self-motivator & self-Discipline 
This program is such long journey that you must initiate, encourage & drive yourself to learn, practice, control & accomplish any assignments or strategic projects during program  Motivation gets you going, discipline keep you growing 

4. No Pain No Gain
No worries about an extra assignment or projects under high pressure & time constraint (of course, it’s part of this program), but you will gain when accomplishing it 

5. Lastly, Capability is Nothing, Without “CHANCE”
This is the GREAT CHANCE for those who want to challenge & stretch yourself how far you can develop by having the crazy, high passionate & energized Electrolux folks walking together along the journey

Also, you will have the AMLT leadership team members to be your masters (classroom) & your personal mentor (mentorship), and gives you a chance to initiate the start-up project by your own during this journey! 

Believe me, this program will change your life/mind-set forever… you will regret if you don’t try to join this amazing program
