My Half Year Energy Burn Plan (July – Dec 2012)

As someone used to say "Time and tide wait for no man” is an universal word that everybody know well, but it's no guarantee that everyone can find a same amount of fishes in  the same river & tide (of course, everyone has amount of time = 24 hours /day).

To be frank, I still have many things to do & need to achieve in Singapore, but so far (20 July) it seems I have time only 4.5 months remaining to do and fulfill my dreams & make it count!

In term of my career goal, I have been doing my best to learn more how to be a regional marketer in SEA (At least what is my improvement point is “Service-Mind” & "Long-Term Planning"  which is a important attribute for a regional guy MUST have)

In term of my personal [sport] goal, Singapore Triathlon & Standard Chartered Marathon are the ultimate goal which I need to achieve before I leave from this country… Singapore

With this, I decided to set up "½ year Energy Burn Plan" which is my road map how to complete those 2 biggest events during the last 4.5 months

PS. I’m confident that this schedule will make my lifestyle to wake up early morning to eat a biggest worm (running) at least 3 days / week… I believe

Below is my ½ year Energy Burn Schedule which is my target to achieve together with my passionate teammate.
