[Electrolux] Yes, I'm Top 15 Talents in APAC region (2018 Electrolux Talent Acceleration Program)

So proud that I was selected to be Top 15 Talents in APAC region!

More than 70 top performance applicants among the Asia Pacific region applied for this program until the final round with talent 20 candidates attending F2F workshop in Singapore with accessor likes CEO & APLT members to select TOP 15 talents to attend 14 months incentive program from October onwards.

3 Goals of this workshop --> criteria to PASS this program

  1. Can work under pressure (Senior mgt guy must handle this firmly)
  2. CAN DO with a Calculated Risk based on logical thinking --> I like this very much
  3. Learn How to Deal with Time constraint


Key learning/feedback which need to be improved (from VP PL)

  1. a bit too nervous (or) quiet from the beginning  --> need to show-up / stand up your idea.
  2. Need more self-confident to share your idea 
  3. Learn more How to Think Strategically (and) How to Think in the High-Level view
  4. Improve communication skill - know how to use each tactic to deal with varieties of people
